On December 6, 2024, the L4 stamping line project of the stamping center jointly undertaken by Jinan Haozhong Co., Ltd. and SAIC Maxus Co., Ltd. held a beam raising ceremony at the SAIC Maxus Nanjing Plant.

This project mainly relocated the 2# stamping line of SAIC-GM Shenyang Beisheng Plant to the SAIC Maxus Nanjing Plant as the L4 stamping line. The project included the overall relocation of the press and carried out a comprehensive transformation and upgrade according to Maxus standards. At the same time, the original automation system was updated and replaced with Jinan Haozhong's high-speed and high-flexibility single-arm manipulator with a target beat of 16SPM. It will be at the leading level in the domestic and foreign industries, giving the old production line a new vitality. The project significantly reduced the investment cost of customers, while greatly improving the efficiency of the production line, bringing greater benefits to customers.
