● Positioning of transfer automation is cartesian system, 3 motions, clamp/unclamp, up/down, feed/reverse are fulfilled by linear drive module. It uses pneumatic quick change device, servo motor driven, step response is fast, repetitive positioning error is small。
● FOL destacker consists of loading cart, magnetic fanner, destacker, conveyor and centering mechanism. Destacker is controlled by 2-axis servo motors, X-axis travels horizontally and Z-axis vertically.
