Blank oiler
The oiler is modularly designed and consists of a spray gun and electronic control unit, a rack, an oil tank, oil supply, heating, electrical control, oil mist extraction, and billet conveying. The oiler is set to evenly apply a layer of wire drawing oil film on the upper and lower surfaces of ordinary steel plates and galvanized steel plates, and the spraying amount is adjustable. The oiler is equipped with a walking system. If oiling is not required, it will be driven by an AC frequency conversion drive along the track. Both entry and exit are monitored and have interlocking devices.
