Automatic Racking System/ARS
Our end-of-line packing has the following functions:
● It can realize independent automatic packing of two pieces below 16SPM;
● It can meet the requirements of different forms of inner and outer panel packing, such as hanging, interval hanging, stacking, interval stacking, etc.;
● It can realize independent packing of defective products according to the instructions of quality inspectors or the information of automatic visual inspection system, or release the manual collection at the end of the line;
● The end picker can be replaced automatically during the whole line mold change process;
● The material frame turnover can be transported by AGV or forklift.

There are 4 warehouses on both sides of the bottom layer. Each warehouse may accommodate 1 big case or 2 small cases, and each warehouse is equipped with a fast rolling shutter door. The upper layer is equipped with 4 rotating double-station ATC stands enclosed by safety fences. The platform area may store end pickup. |
